for my daughters 13th birthday party we came up with the theme of bollywood - her birthdays in 3 months and we are not sure of games and activities that we can do. I like clever comedies, dark dramas, campy fantasy flicks, and amusing documentaries. I'm having a night in and want to be entertained. To help serve as a guide, here are some of my favourite movies: Grindhouse / The Breakfast Club / Empire Records / Labyrinth / The Boondock Saints / Footloose / The Rocky Horror Picture Show Surprise me! Unfortunately, I've already seen many of these movies already. But keep up the suggestions, most of them are pretty good. I am 14 years old and live in New Jersey. Im in a show in New York, and like the cast members are like my family and my best friends. every rehearsal on a weekend we get a lunch break and all of us go to eat at a cafe and it is a blast. My mom doesn't mind me going because she can entertain her self but my dad is taking me in tomorrow. My mom said that it is not right to leave my dad alone because he is alone all day and really has nothing to do all day and that I should go somewhere to eat with him. I do not want him to be sad but I want to eat with my friends because the show only lasts for another 3 week, then it is over. I do not want him to come with us because then it is too awkward and there are no other adults that take their kids i because everyone lives in New York except for me. Please tell me a way to deal with the situation so I do not hurt my Daddy's feelings or my friends.

This is my situation. My parents promised to get me a dog this year, and I had my sights set on a Beagle, but after talking to a few people, I've heard that they get a bit frantic after a while. I can't afford to buy another one to keep it entertained, so I'm stuck. In my mind a Beagle was perfect, but I have a fairly small backyard, and my parents wont want a dog that will leave hair everywhere or grow to be very big. I was also thinking Labrador? I'm stuck inside because my doctor told me to rest all weekend because I have bronchitis. Does anyone have any idea what I can do other than read or sit on my computer (don't have a tv)?
